Action workflow examples

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.
As noted in #69 (comment), there are some cases different than our default approaches that folks might want to consider in their own workflow files leveraging this action. This issue will help create an examples directory and then add various workflow example files that can then be linked to from the README.md file.
