[BUG] scoll bars and grphical glitch

[Lead-Problem]

Describe the bug

Scrolling bank and quest bars is impossible on mobile application in both touch and mouse modes. While in hd mode if you zoom out to get over view of area screen goes off white and covers the screen
Also while in hd mode it is hard to switch tabs I.e going from invent to make tab

Steps To Reproduce

For graphical glitch you play in hd mode
Scroll bars have not worked in either mode for me

Expected Behavior

To be able to scroll bank and quest book
