Add ppa for Ubuntu 22.04 Jammy Jellyfish #38

Currently, when trying to add ppa to Ubuntu 22.04 I get following error

$ sudo add-apt-repository -u ppa:3v1n0/libfprint-vfs0090

- It needs to be paired with your computer using this tool:

  # For validity 0097 you also need to enroll the fingers in chip

According to this website, there is no ppa for Jammy Jellyfish yet. Can it be added?

Yes please add this for Jammy Jelly! I have a thinkpad t460s and would love to be able to use the fingerprint reader!

I'd very much like to see a Jammy version, but absent that, would installing the package from a previous release work? - is that even possible?

Thanks for the great work,
I have a Lenovo X1 Carbon Gen 5 with this device and use a Linux Mint Vera 21.1 ~ Ubuntu jammy

Dear contributors, it's been two years, people are stuck here waiting for this. I understand it is nobody's duty to support, but if there is no plan to support following Ubuntu versions after 20.04, please kindly state. Thanks a lot.

change jammy to focal
worked for me
