dynamic DOCUMENT() call with static collection traversals Several optimizations are disabled when DOCUMENT() is used because it assumes that the collection name can be dynamic. It is discouraged to use it when the collection name is statically known. WIP: We need to reduce the usages of the EntityFromIdQueryNode, especially in lists. The change significantly blows up AQL for a lookup, and it adds new execution plan nodes (which are limited to 4000).
