The widget must display geographical map.

Input:

coordinates of center of the area
diameter of the area in km

Output:

map of the area

Advanced:

Input
- list of points and text strings
Output
- labels overlaid on the map in specified positions

Can we use OSM or something else to download the maps?
Can we select type of map (satellite or schematic)?
After map downloader is ready we'll need to move it to ark-rust repo
