Here are

  • One workflow from Julie Autaa fixed to accommodate the latest tool versions
  • One workflow that will run much faster and that requires perfect matches for subtraction of the read library

Top ! One question. Don't you think that perfect match will let pass some divergent miRNA, miscRNA and tRNA?

PS: how do you add emojis in GitHub?

Don't you think that imperfect match will capture some piRNA resembling miRNA, miscRNA and tRNA? 😈

Usual business for the trade-off between false positives and false negatives. Eliminating small RNA just because they resemble miRNA, miscRNA or tRNA is not that fair, don't you think?

PS: how do you add emojis in GitHub?

I tested the Galaxy-Workflow-sRNA_clean-up_v2.ga and it works perfectly. However, for the Galaxy-Workflow-sRNA_turbo-clean-up.ga I got a problem with the input file format.
