Does not pass tests anymore.

In anycase, the dev of Repenrich was forked in 2018 to https://github.com/nerettilab/RepEnrich2

The galaxy wrapper should thus to evolve to wrap this (yet it stil in py27...)

Will create a specific dev branch for that
