The marketplace AMI needs a subscription meaning when you run this you get this error:

Launch Failed
In order to use this AWS Marketplace product you need to accept terms and subscribe. To do so please visit http://....

You can fix it by clicking the link and launching a nano - and I have added that to the documentation in my PR #3 but we can perhaps do something cleaner.

@nickdgriffin actually it should be the case with ADOP Swarm edition as well, 'cause for Chef extension we have copied AMI ID's from Swarm template https://github.com/Accenture/adop-docker-compose/blob/master/provision/aws/swarm/CF-ADOP-Cluster.json#L79
