See gulpfileDir/config/paths.js - one of the packaging sources is the /App_Code folder. Now that we've made that a separate/shared project (.gitmodules), those files might not be there locally to include in the Zip.
Should or can we get them conditionally (somehow) from AccuCode?

Now that we've established a way for /App_Code/ to be a separate, shared, useful project, where should AccuTheme.cshtml live? If you create a project from AccuTheme there are 2 files in the app/App_Code folder. After you follow the Steps to add AccuCode as a .gitmodule sub-project, the main GitHub (e.g. CPHP2022) still has the 2 files overlapping, creating (ghost) issues.
