Enable PlayerList off by default regardless the set option

No clue what happened here but the PL ist off by default for me.
And it doesn't matter what I set the option to.

If I enable the setting the PL will show up but every time I close the QM the PlayerList disappears and the enabled setting stays.
Changing the setting will bring the menu back even when the setting is now off.
After closing the QM a second time the PL will disappear again bringing the list back in sync with the set option.
