Issue Description:

Plugin does not track the changes with Daylight Savings Time.

What you expected to happen:

Hoped it would auto correct when daylight savings comes through so we do not need to reload each time.

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

Minecraft: 1.12.2
AuraSunDial: 1.3.0.40
Sponge: 1.12.2-2838-7.2.2
