Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The title block currently contains a live link to the Post. This makes it difficult to interact with the block because it is easy to accidentally click the link when trying to select.

Describe the solution you'd like
In the editor use # for all link URLs.

Query block has been relocated to core: WordPress/gutenberg#20106. Closing all Query Block issues in newspack-blocks for now, with a possibility of filing them in Core after the block approaches readiness.
