Quadrat: Blog page pagination display issue #4886

Steps to replicate

Set a blog page under Settings > Reading.
Change the "Blog pages show at most" setting to trigger pagination.
Visit the page set Posts page.
Note the pagination is there at the bottom, but it's not laid out properly:

Found through my own testing.
