Why has this still not been addressed? Is it not possible for someone to intercept and change the code as it's being downloaded over HTTP, effectively hacking a new WordPress theme before it's even built? Am I crazy for being a little concerned about this possibility?
From a SEO and security perfective it would be good to force HTTPS only access.
