Documentation changes reagrding AMBA release 2024-09-02: In summary: Added new initiatives and moved the Landing zone initiative to the deprecated policies.

This PR fixes/adds/changes/removes

1. Added documentation for new and missing AMBA initiatives:

• Hybrid VMs
• Key Management
• Load Balancing
• Changes in Network Routing and Security
• Recovery Services

• Virtual Machines
• Web

2. Moved AMBA Landing Zone initiative to deprecated Policies.
