Single Node Openshift on Azure 4.11.43

It is observed when Azure Single VM with OpenShift is shutdown from Portal, the network interface is disconnected and upon start can not connect to the VM.

Is there a guideline to validate and fix the Netowrk Loadblancing policies , NIC, Public IP configurations for Openshift on Azure?

Thanks for reaching out. For Azure Red Hat OpenShift, we do not support single node openshift. Are you deploying self managed Openshift? If so, I recommend you open a support case with Red Hat to help troubleshoot the issue(s).
