Look into how to best split up the documentation on the TypeSpec Azure website that makes it easy to maintain and update along with tsp-client readme updates.

Consider linking out to specific files in the tsp-client REAMDE, so the same documentation can be leveraged by tsp-client and TypeSpec Azure.
