Describe the bug
StarterKit/Pipelines/GitHubActions/GitHub-Flow/epac-dev-workflow.yml actually points to environment PAC-DEV instead of EPAC-DEV. Presumably a typo given what is documented in the wiki: https://azure.github.io/enterprise-azure-policy-as-code/ci-cd-github-actions/

EPAC Version
v10.6.2 - but also appears in main branch
