The notifications don’t pop up unless I’m in the app but when I leave the app I don’t get notifications and yes my notifications for instas are on pls fix this. #notifications not showing

I don't think notifications work due to Apple disabling them for non-dev accounts.

Encourage the EU to sue Apple if you want this fixed.
