Windows develop branch build broken using blsd

As of Dec 8, 2023 tried to build from the blsd script on Win11. Encountered some simpler errors around $ld vs $lld. Another about not finding localtime_r(). If I make changes to get past those toward the end is the Build SigDigger section. Several errors pop up there related to suscan/analyzer/source/device.h. It has a problem preventing the definition of struct suscan_source_device around line 69. I have not spotted the reason for that error yet.

I would be surprised blsd works on Windows, but given that you got this far, this may be a possibility in the future. Have you made any progress since this last message?
