Jessica requested that the BID shapefile be added to the boundary map.

This will require:

Putting the BID shapefile in Carto

and adapting the current code to:

Query Carto to select the geom and ids of each BID
Style the layer
Add the layer to the map
Add a label and toggle buttons to the left sidebar to turn off and on the layer
Add a function in main.js to turn off and on the layer
Add BIDs to the left sidebar dropdown for querying overlapping districts
Report overlapping BIDs when users query overlapping districts or search for a location
Add an icon for BIDs to the right sidebar
