Boundaries overlapping multipolygon zipcodes are repeated in the "Overlaps" list, eg for zip 10004:

This also happens with zip 10463 which, while not technically discontiguous, is displayed as two polygons, one for Manhattan (Marble Hill) and one for the Bronx. Note that Fire Batallion 27, which overlaps only the Bronx portion of 10463, isn't repeated in the sidebar:

Also note that there's no such behavior evident for other types of multipolygon boundaries, eg Manhattan Community Board 1:
