已经搜索过，没有发现类似的 issue
已经搜索过文档，没有发现相关内容
已经尝试使用过最新版，问题依旧存在
使用的是官方版本（未替换及修改过安装目录程序文件）

🐛 描述

之前挂卡功能好好的,但是最近一旦启用挂卡功能就默认挂[Dying Light]和[Left 4 Dead 2]这两个游戏,怎么设置都改不掉,这两个也是挂了80多个小时不掉卡,只可以通过点击挂卡功能的[优先运行]来改变

启用挂卡功能
当库内有[Dying Light]和[Left 4 Dead 2]
默认锁定到挂这两个游戏上
