[client] UI: ListSelect is not placed at the right height when selecting resources in Transfer tab #2039

I can't really send more than 4 or 5 types of resources per transfer because of this bug.

Repro

Open Transfer tab

Pick one of your realm
Pick a receiver
Pick a resource type, should look like this with the ListSelect node a bit too low.
add resources until you reach 4 or 5 resources, then you can't event see the ListSelect node.

I tried to fix it but it's difficult without compiling the full project.
