[Suggestion] VEM Voice Option

It would be great for me if there was an option for VEM Voice Pack, similarly how it works on DBM (https://github.com/DeadlyBossMods/DBM-Voicepack-VEM). So when there is a spell where e.g. you have to stack, you would hear voice saying "stack", "soak" for soak, "spread" for spread etc.
