Label/Tag/ID is not configurable

I would like to see one more field in configuration, to define TAG/ID/LABEL, just some ID that will be displayed on miner screen. This should be an optional parameter, default value could be NerdMiner.

In the case you have more than one device, you want to have some easy way to identify configuration in every device. One can glue a paper stick on the device or it can be done in software, in configuration.

This Tag/ID is not send to the pool, it is just for owner, to see what configuration is running on the device. It should be just a string, it could be information about pool, about coin, about wallet, email of owner, whatever...

My device (T-Dongle-S3) doesn't show firmware version, it could be another information I would like to see on the screen...
Device T-Dongle-S3 doesn't show MAC address, assigned IP address and SSID, these could be important details for troubleshooting...
