Is there a tutorial for installing and using this?

$ sudo apt install /home/pi/Downloads/hangover-wine_9.20~bookworm_arm64.deb /home/pi/Downloads/hangover-libqemu_9.20~bookworm_arm64.deb
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
Note, selecting 'hangover-wine' instead of '/home/pi/Downloads/hangover-wine_9.20~bookworm_arm64.deb'
Note, selecting 'hangover-libqemu' instead of '/home/pi/Downloads/hangover-libqemu_9.20~bookworm_arm64.deb'
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
hangover-wine : Depends: hangover-libarm64ecfex but it is not installable
Recommends: libodbc1 but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Also, rather than explaining how to install it, consider making a pi-apps install script yourself with these easy instructions.
It's really easy. If you have Pi-Apps installed, just go to the settings and click New App, which will walk you through every step.

As it says hangover-wine depends on
hangover-libarm64ecfex

But I can also have a look into creating the install script
