Wire volumes are resetting on stop/play #120

Repro:

Connect simsyn to master
Reduce wire volume to 25%
Hit play
Observe wire volume resets to 100%

This also happens with pan setting
This also happens when the song loops
I believe this also happens when other machines are connected or disconnected

A big clue is that volumes set via machine properties persist fine.
