Allow users to explore projects without the need for a search bar.

To do:

Filters:

  • Filter by tag (include/exclude, AND, OR)
  • Filter by rating (Must be less than, greater than, etc)
  • Filter by feature tags

Search/browse:

  • Search/browse by user
  • Search/browse by tags
  • ???
