Describe the bug
AWS ec2 mock fails on centos 7 looking for credentials
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. boot fedora31 container
  2. Install linchpin
  3. Linchpin init aws
  4. Set linchpin_mock = True in linchpin.conf
  5. linchpin -vvvv up aws-ec2-new
  6. Provisioning fails with credentials not found an error.

Expected behavior
Mock Provisioning should happen
