Starting with v4.27 or so, Unreal Engine includes a GeoReferencing plugin that allows you to position the level on the globe. It's similar in many ways to our ACesiumGeoreference, but also has a lot of differences. It's probably not realistic to completely replace our CesiumGeoreference Actor with it, but we can at least make it easier to use both together by (optionally) synchronizing the origin between them. https://docs.unrealengine.com/5.2/en-US/georeferencing-a-level-in-unreal-engine/
