Describe the bug

MsKeyboardFilter service is unnecessary set to Manual, while the default is Disabled on both Windows 10 and 11. This service doesn't even exist on Home editions.

To Reproduce

Use "Set Services to Manual" tweak.

Expected behavior

Don't touch already disabled services.

We changes the services from Disable to Manual is because sometimes there will be programs automatically change the services into Enable. If we keep it manual it won't happen. This is the reason why we changed services into manual.
