As program names are quite unique and not necessarily descriptive of nature/capabilities of the program, its hard to find programs that are specific to a capability, eg file management, firefox based browsers etc.

The search box has the capability to search the mouse over comments across all items. This could be activated by default or by a checkbox to enable extended search.
