Bug report 11 December 2015 (CvdT):
- output_data.m: Last column in output file radiance.dat corrected
- RTMt_sb.m: Small error corrected in the outgoing longwave radiation, due to double counting of the 'rinf' component of incident thermal radiation
- input_data.xlsx: Unit of the soil heat capacity corrected in the metadata of the input data spreadsheet (Jkg-1K-1 instead of J m-3 K-1).
- rtmf.m: Location in the code of the initialization of internal fluorescence fluxes corrected (this does not affect the output of the model).
- rtmt_Planck: factor PI missing in the emission, duplicate multiplication by emissivity (17 March 2017)

14 December 2018
- SMC is in wrong units. In input from 0 to 1, it BSM from 5 to 55. 
	- Solution: multiple by 100 inside BSM
- load time series SMC should be one column file
	- Solution: rearrange names in .xlsx input and setfilenames.m
- Ca in time series in mg m-3, let's do ppm and leave conversion to the user
