Each sub-directory will contain the test-cases for the methods ms.
The simulation package git repo should be cloned here. Copy the binaries for the simulator here and the slurm scripts run in each test-case sub-directory.
- Copy Blender_PM into this directory with:
rm -rf Blender_PM/ before copying new data: cp -R ../Blender_PM/
to get the updated media.
