"You must be logged into twitch.tv" error, despite already being logged in

What the title says. I am already logged in to Twitch, but it will not recognize that. I have made sure that all cookie/ad blockers are disabled, still no dice.

There is this error that pops up in the editor, if it's relevant:

I can reproduce this in both Firefox and Chrome by logging into Twitch through Gleam, and then refreshing the Gleam giveaway page.

I was able to resolve the issue by visiting https://www.twitch.tv, and then refreshing the Gleam page.

Not sure this is something that can be fixed, but I could display a more appropriate error message.
