"Migration" tab in legacy wallet hangs on clicking, never see migration menu. (Ledger Neo Classic needs migrated to Ledger NeoV3)

Prerequisites:
e.g.: Don't have any custom tokens added before running the wallet

No custom tokens, just NEO and GAS in my wallet

Reproduction steps:
e.g.:

1. I start the Neon wallet
2. Authenticate via Legacy and Ledger using Neo 1.4.0 on ledger
3. I verify my wallet balance is intact and blockchain is current
4. Click MIGRATION
5. Screen comes up and I am stuck with the loading icon indefinitely (See screenshot
