Assert Files declared in CSS and SCSS are Not adding to dist/img . #8

When i use
background : Url("/src/assets/.....");
in .SCSS or .CSS file

When i run
npm run build

webpack does Not creating (.gif,.jpg,.png,.svg) in dist/img
And also
In dist/main.css
background : Url("/src/assets/.....");
