Expectation:

3.1) As a user, I want to be able to use the NatureBase NCS Pathways via either the online API processing or through downloading and using the local processing.

Acceptance Criteria:

3.1) The user must have access to select NatureBase NCS Pathways for use in analysis through the NCS pathway editor.
3.2) The NatureBase pathways must persist in the default data storage for the CPLUS plugin.
3.3) The NatureBase pathways must be downloadable by the user.
3.4) the NatureBase pathways must go through the pathway validation step.
