New course is not recongnized if not visiting Description tab first #61

When newly enabled courseware in a group, if go to create new lecture without visiting the Description tab, then , the new lecture can't be added.
Error says reset() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in ……lectures.class.php on line 319
Seems Courseware is not aware of new course without visiting Description tab.

Hmm, well, yes, that should be moved to group creation process, so it's
created automatically.
