I'm having the same issue. I've been trying to find adequate documentation, but I'm finding it in random places, and none of it seems to be specific enough, and doesn't mention about the variables that need to be changed in order for it to function properly. Hopefully you will be able to clarify, and good luck to you IvyGongoogle.

P.S. I don't know if this is helpful but I discovered that you have to change the keras json to have a default of theano and some of the pathway references in DeepCell appear to be absolute, which may be causing some of the errors. Hope that helps!
