ISIS version(s) affected: Tested on 8.3.0

Description
Specifying SeedDomain= SampleLine in the def file results in a controlnetwork that only includes images that overlap the first cube in overlaplist.

How to reproduce
Set SeedDomain = SampleLine in the .def file
