Does not work on Quora

It doesn't allow us to insert marks or any formatting as all inserted content is immediately filtered. The only tag which is not filtered out is <div> and Quora uses a complicated hierarchy with various class name swapping on new text insertion.

It seems very tricky and time-consuming trying to make things work on Quora.
