Describe the bug

If you drive at full speed e.g. with the "Opel Blitz" (in this video example on the map DH-Berezina_Advance ) through shallow water, you will be slowed down to a standstill.
You have to release the button "w" and press it again to continue driving. Driving on is then only possible extremely slowly or not at all.

If you drive through shallow water with the "ZiS-5V" truck on the same map there are no problems, it drives through the water at full speed and without slowing down.

Problem when crossing water with the "Opel Blitz" so far detected on the following maps:
DH-Armored_Celles_Clash
DH-Berezina_Advance
DH-Armored_Freyneux_Advance

Problem when crossing water with the "GMC CCKW" so far detected on the following maps:
DH-Armored_Celles_Clash
DH-Armored_Freyneux_Advance

Remarkably, there are no speed issues when driving backwards through the water with all trucks!
