Unexpected DASH DVB 2018 conformance errors

Dear Maintainers,

On complete to the issue link, I've faced so many other errors using the DASH-IF conformance tool.

1- Schemetron raises an error using the UTCTiming and ProducerReferenceTime
2- Warning when profiles are not declared on adaptation sets despite profiles are declared on MPD
