Other Known Issues

Needs fix to work well in multiperiod.
Does not yet consider downloading at a lower quality for quicker seeking.
Assumes buffer target is 12s — this is the case in vanilla dash.js but might be different in other projects.
Abandonment is not active during startup (first few fragments).
