With a sufficient batch of servers passed to yarn leave(:docker), most will get a 429 back from Discord.

https://github.com/DawnbrandBots/emcee-tournament-bot/blob/master/src/cli/leave.ts should use the REST client provided by discord.js, in the same manner used to register Slash Commands, in order to respect rate limits and successfully function for a batch of servers.
