Expected behaviour

Timers should complete on time, at least within 5 seconds

Actual behaviour

Sufficiently long timers are delayed from when they should finish. A 3-hour timer can finish 25 minutes late. A timer set for two days could be several hours behind.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Use mc!round or /timer with a duration longer than probably an hour. The exact threshold is currently unknown.
  2. Observe the finish message sent out after the scheduled time.
