how to install into gimp_portable?

I have installed https://portableapps.com/apps/graphics_pictures/gimp_portable which is actually gimp Version 2.10.32
however there is no 2.10 directory as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=57DNUsf4A-0 says

so how can we install PhotoGIMP into gimp_portable?

I don't have Windows right now to test it, but in the same video that you linked, has a comment with the probably solution for your problem. On weekend, I'll try to install W10 VM to try that, but if you can confirm that's work you can have it right away

just installed the PortableApps version on wine, and even on emulation the instructions get to PhotoGIMP, if you can't reproduce I could make a short video for you, if you are still troubling with this.
