Currently, there are some issue with Rapid Pro flow group assignment, the user is getting calls from multiple call groups.

This is because, a use remains in multiple contact groups (Added a a new one and somehow not got removed from existing one).

  • Check if we can get User contact information (Mainly group info, to which group they are added currently)

We can get user's contact information from Rapid pro flow.

For getting full information, we can get that using "full_contact_info", contact, variable.

For getting only group information, fetch it from "full_contact_info", contact.groups, variable.

Here are the current group information we got at the end of Team intro flow.
